XRobotics is an automated pizza assembly robot. It assists understaffed kitchens on peak hours, make pizza-making process consistent, and save costs.
Over the past five years, I worked closely with the XRobotics team, collaborating directly with founders, engineers, and marketers to support the product’s evolution. From early-stage fundraising to refining the user experience, sales strategy, and brand positioning, our partnership played a key role in shaping the company's growth.
Screen Dashboard UI
The initial interface was neither user-friendly nor visually appealing. By working closely with the team and observing real-world pizza assembly workflows, we developed an intuitive interface tailored for pizza experts — while ensuring new employees could operate it effortlessly with no prior training.
Company Website
The website evolved through three major iterations, aligning with each new phase of the product—from the first version, Pizza Table, to the advanced Cubes. Throughout the process, I worked hand-in-hand with the team to optimize the sales funnel, improve accessibility to key touchpoints, and effectively communicate the product’s unique value to potential customers.
Visual Brand & Other Deliverables
Over the years, I collaborated with the team on countless presentations, marketing visuals, expos, product materials to support XRobotics’ sales and fundraising efforts. The recent rebranding streamlined the design language, preserving the brand’s strong recognition while positioning it firmly within the accessible food-tech category.
